AFR was founded by Sam Lowy after Sam’s grandmother needed long term care and Sam witnessed the devastating emotional and financial impact it can have on a family. Determined to prevent others from going through the same harrowing experience, Sam underwent rigorous training in order to specialize in long term care planning. In 2006 passed the exams to qualify for CLTC designation, the premier industry-wide designation for long term care planning professionals. He is now a Lifetime Member of CLTC and is also a member of AALTCI (American Association of Long Term Care Insurance). AFR is now a successful, fast-growing agency, and Sam was recently named one of the Nation’s Top 10 Long Term Care Insurance Producers for 2010.
